Most Recent NFT Exploit Yielded Hacker Millions in Stolen NFTS
Yesterday was an all hands on deck moment for the Opensea team. After a hacker began sweeping wallets leaving many collectors out of their NFTs, everyone was revoking access to their NFTs to make sure their NFTs were not swept. Originally, it was believed that this exploit was a result of the new Opensea contract migration, or the X2Y2 contract. As of now the answer is still not clear, however, it seems like there has been a consensus that it was a phishing attack from several weeks ago which the attacker is now exploiting because all the listings expire from the contract migration.
Donald Trump NFT
In honor of Presidents Day, Melania Trump is selling even more NFTs. This collection she calls the “POTUS TRUMP NFT Collection” and will be held on the Solana blockchain and sold for $50 with a 10,000 token supply. These NFTs will feature iconic moments from Trumps presidency. Will you be purchasing one on President’s Day?

Major oil and gas company, ConocoPhilips, has been supplying a Bitcoin mining project with natural gas in North Dakota. The technique they’re implementing is called flaring and this should help lower CO2 emissions!
